I absolutely love City Lax - it's a surprising story with great characters and wonderfully directed.
Full disclosure: My sister-in-law is the Director. Of course, I gain nothing but loss of reputation and risk losing your trust if I give a review I don't believe in. And I'm not the only one praising this film.
